The Guided Nutrition Coaching Program is a series of 25 minute one-to-one sessions uniquely designed to benefit each client through guidance and education on nutrition and wellness in order to help them correct lifestyle habits that can give them the greatest impact on improving their health.

What does each session include?
Sessions include strategies and techniques, resources, goal setting and recipes to guide you on nutrition changes that are necessary for you to achieve the best results.
I already know a lot about nutrition...
There is a lot of conflicting information on nutrition and wellness. Depending on where you find your resources, they may not align with root cause nutrition. Natural health care is based on science of the body.
Even knowing a lot about nutrition, clients benefit from Guided Nutrition sessions from learning something new or as a reminder to help implement the information into their care program.
Can I take the sessions with a friend or family member, or just learn from them?
Just like any nutrition care program, each person is individual with unique nutrition and health care needs. The discussions and resource materials are interpreted differently, supporting each person’s nutritional and health care plan.
Sessions
Guided Nutrition program is a package of 8 sessions, with the other 4 sessions as optional. The Guided Nutrition program paired with your Nutrition Response Testing program will give you the most benefit to optimal health.
